Sponsor FAQ
General Information
Sponsor booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that our booth spaces are set up with a 6 ft table and chair, but may be reserved in multiples to create larger exhibit areas.
The deadline to submit for general sponsorship consideration is February 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.
Approval is required for all sponsorships. In the event that your initial sponsorship submission is disapproved, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable.
Midwest Founders may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership. If you received a direct invite from Founders, you are pre-approved for a Sponsorship.
Names of the Sponsor representatives working your booth and using the included sponsorship passes must be submitted to terry.coker@fbcfenton.com by February 1, 2026.
Booth Information
The Sponsor Hall and bookstore space for 2025 will be in lower level of the worship area in the main building.
Midwest Founders will provide you with a six foot table and chair for your booth. The placement of booths will be determined by our conference exhibitor team.
Internet and power will be provided for all sponsors.
Conference Schedule
The conference will begin Tuesday morning and end Wednesday afternoon. More information about the schedule can be found here
Setup and Tear Down Times
Set up will be on Tuesday morning, February 26 and tear down will be on Wednesday afternon, February 27. Additional accomidations may be requested to the conference leadership team.
Sponsorship Guidelines
Sponsors are allowed to sell items, but no high-pressure sales tactics are allowed. If complaints are made to our exhibitor team about such tactics, you will be asked to shut down your booth. If such action is taken, no refunds will be given for exhibitor fees.
All Sponsors must be respectful to other Sponsors regarding assigned space. If you are using video equipment, you must be respectful to others and must not be overwhelming for the space you are in. Live audio will not be allowed in the Sponsor area.
The sponsor is responsible for any damage to property surrounding your booth space.
Printed Materials and PowerPoint Files
Artwork for printed program ads including sponsor logo must be submitted to terry.coker@fbcfenton.com by February 10, 2025. All artwork is subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy artwork.

If you plan to ship items for your booth at the Founders Conference, please number your boxes and send them to:

Shipments must arrive no earlier than February 21, 2025 and no later than Februart 25, 2025. You must notify Terry Coker once your items have shipped, provide tracking information and information on how many boxes / pallets you are shipping.
The Sponsor is responsible for all shipping, storage and related costs for delivering materials for the exhibit space. The Sponsor is also responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of all materials back to the organization’s address. Sponsors can plan to schedule a UPS or Fedex pickup for Thursday, February 28th at the same address listed above for 9:00 AM – 5:00PM. Any items left behind at the venue without shipping labels properly attached and left on your booth table in the Sponsor Hall with a pickup scheduled will be subject to a $250 shipping fine or will be discarded.
Important Dates
February 1, 2025: Publisher & Sponsorship application deadline.
February 10, 2025: Conference program artwork, email spot artwork, video presentations, PowerPoint slides submission deadline.
February 10, 2025: Names of the Publisher representatives working your booth must be submitted to terry.coker@fbcfenton.com to be printed on name badges.
February 21, 2025: First day for booth items to arrive at the Midwest Founders.
February 25, 2025: Last day for booth items to arrive at the Midwest Founders.
Terms and Conditions
INTRODUCTION
1.1 The 2025 MIDWEST FOUNDERS CONFERENCE is organized and managed by Midwest Founders whose registered address is 650 Oakwood Dr, Fenton MO 63026. This is referred to herein as the “event” and these Terms and Conditions apply to each.
1.2 References to “us” means Midwest Founders and references to “we” and “our” shall be construed accordingly. Reference to “you” means the entity completing a booking request and your guests or representatives and references to “your” shall be construed accordingly.
1.3 All applications to register for the event are made subject to these Terms & Conditions (which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms you impose).
1.4 You acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you, including but not limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.
BOOKINGS
2.1 All event sponsor applications are subject to approval and you making full payment. If your initial sponsorship submission is declined, you will be refunded 100% of your payment within 10 business days. Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable.
2.2 Midwest Founders may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership. If you received a direct invite from Founders, you are pre-approved for a Sponsorship.
2.3 Registered conference attendees will receive their name badges upon check-in at the conference. Name badges must be worn at all times throughout the conference.
2.4 Guests may be required to show proof of identity at the time of check-in for the event. Acceptable forms of valid identification include but are not limited to a passport, U.S. state-issued driver’s license, and military ID card.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Our prices for exhibiting at the event are set out on our website. Prices may be subject to change from time to time.
3.2 Payments are required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card or a personal check. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
3.3 To pay via check, please contact our office (314.941.6048) Please make checks payable to Midwest Founders and mail them to: 650 Oakwood Dr, Fenton, MO 63026.
CHANGES TO THE EVENT AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, speakers, timing, and/or location of the event or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to do this at any time. Where we alter the time and/or location of the event, we will provide you with notice of the same and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the event) or the opportunity to attend the event as varied.
4.2 Cancellations must be made by phone (314.941.6048) during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or by email (terry.coker@fbcfenton.com). Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable.
4.3 We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation, or other costs and expenses incurred (including wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the event as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
4.4 We shall not be liable for any failure of the contracted venue to provide any special diet food, that has been pre-ordered.
CONTENT
5.1 All rights in all presentations, documentation, and materials published or otherwise made available as part of the event (including but not limited to any documentation packs or audio or audio-visual recording of the event) (“Content”) are owned by us or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. No (i) republication, broadcast, or other dissemination of the Content is permitted. You shall not distribute, reproduce, modify, store, transfer, or in any other way use any of the Content (save that use by the relevant delegate for internal business purposes shall be permitted), and (but without limitation) you shall not (and shall procure that each of your delegates shall not):
LIABILITY
6.1 I, on behalf of myself, the business that I represent, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby knowingly and intentionally (A) waive any and all liability of Founders Ministries Inc and their respective successors, assigns, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, members and Personnel (each individually, a “Released Party”; collectively, “Released Parties”) for, (B) release Released Parties from, and (C) covenant not to sue Released Parties for any and all causes of action, claims, injuries, liabilities, damages or demands of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, foreseen and unforeseen personal injuries, property damage, death, sickness or accident of any kind and whenever occurring, arising out of or in any way related to any Activity, any occurrence or event involving the conference, any Released Party or any service or program related to any thereof, whether such Activity, occurrence or event is supervised or unsupervised and however and whenever any injury, property damage, death, sickness or accident is caused.
6.2 We shall not be liable to you for (i) any loss of profit, loss of or damage to data, loss of anticipated savings or interest, loss of or damage to reputation or goodwill, or; (ii) any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind.
6.3 You agree to indemnify us, our staff, and our affiliates and to hold us harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law, against all loss, costs, claims, or expenses of any kind arising from any act or omission by you (including your delegates) during or otherwise concerning the event.
6.4 I acknowledge that participation in the conference subjects me, and those in my party, to the risk of sickness and death. This shall include, but not be limited to, COVID-19, any mutation of the coronavirus, or other communicable diseases. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation in the conference and the risk of exposure to disease that comes wherever people are present.

GENERAL
10.1 These Terms and Conditions (together with any documents referred to herein or required to be entered into pursuant to these Terms and Conditions) contain the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements (both oral and written) relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions and any such document.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions shall not create, nor shall they be construed as creating, any partnership or agency relationship between us.
10.3 You accept that communication with us may be electronic. We may contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. You agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all such communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal or contractual requirement that such communication be made in writing.
